How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The speed at which your order arrives depends on the shipping tier selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Can Catalyst and Conduit be taken together?
Yes! They can be taken together, and some people may even find that they work better for them when taken at the same time.

When should I take Catalyst?
Catalyst is best taken after a meal containing an adequate amount of carbohydrates, preferably earlier in the day.

When should I take Conduit?
Conduit can be taken with or without food and at whatever time of day works best for you.

Will Catalyst make me feel stimulated?
Catalyst isn’t directly stimulating. However, because of thiamine’s role in normal energy production, some people may find that they feel more energized than they otherwise would.

Are Fundamentum products third-party tested?
Yes! Testing results are available on the respective product pages under the Lab Reports dropdown.

Can I take Fundamentum products with other supplements?
You can, but as always, be mindful of how you respond. If you notice a decline in your well-being after introducing something new, reduce or discontinue use and reassess.

How quickly should I expect to notice anything?
I wish I could give you an exact timeframe, but the reality is that every body is different. Some people may notice something almost immediately, while others may go weeks before experiencing any noticeable benefits.

Can I take more than the suggested serving?
Experimentation is encouraged, but like with any supplement, be mindful of how you respond. If things take a turn in the wrong direction, take a break, reassess, and consider consulting with a physician before experimenting further.
